My story
Hi, I'm Ama!
I'm a highly sensitive introvert.
For a long time, managing my emotions was a real struggle. As someone who is highly sensitive and introverted, I faced significant emotional hurdles like depression and low self-esteem. This journey led me to prioritize experimenting with emotion regulation techniques for several years.

Today, I’m proud to say I’ve achieved a level of emotional self-regulation that allows me to reach my full potential. This journey has made me more empathetic and eager to inspire others to master and own their emotions. I’ve learned that our sensitivity and introversion can be powerful assets that, when harnessed correctly, can lead to extraordinary personal and professional growth.

What is Emotional Intelligence?
Emotional Intelligence (EI or EQ) is the ability to recognize, understand, and effectively manage your own emotions as well as those of others. When discussing EI, we typically focus on four key components:
-
Emotional self-awareness
-
Emotional self-management
-
Social awareness
-
Relationship management
The concept of EI gained popularity in the early 1990s when researchers P. Salovey and J. D. Mayer introduced the term "Emotional Intelligence." In 1995, Daniel Goleman popularized their work through his book "Emotional Intelligence," which significantly contributed to the widespread interest and enthusiasm surrounding the topic.
